Member Participation and Commitment

You are NOT required to order every time.

You order as little or as often as you want to.


Order Minimums

No individual minimums 

Group minimum to receive a shipment from Azure Stanard is $550. 


Fees

Membership is FREE 

Shipping 8.5% of $ of order

Small order fee of $5 for orders under $50 plus the shipping charges


Payment method (You do NOT pay me)

Online with Credit/Debit card

Pre-pay (via Card, Check or Money order)

Net 10 (after three order cycles you would ask for a credt application) where you would be able to pay within 10 days of receiving your order.

Your card is NOT charged when orders are placed, they are charged AFTER orders ship out.


Cut-offs, Delivery Days and Times

You can look on the Calendar for Cut-off Days. Cut-offs are on Tuesdays. Customers receive an email from Azure with the finalized delivery schedule which may be different from the estimated delivery days on times showing in your account. However...orders can be held for three days at our new Anchor Drop location, if you can't meet the truck. Please let me know if you want to meet the truck or if you want to pick up later so I know whether or not to wait on you. :)

Day of Delivery & Holding Orders

Rolling Hills Food Buying Club receives our deliveries at Spring Lake Family Farms in Albemarle , NC. If you cannot meet the truck on the night of delivery, you will have three days from the day of delivery to pick up your order. We have dry, refrigerated and freezer space. 

*A note on the freezer storage: If you have an absolutely massive frozen order - like one that would fill a whole freezer by itself - please plan on meeting the truck when it arrives. Otherwise, there should be enough room in the freezer. :)

*If you need it held longer than 3 days, please notify me (Candice Brasington) BEFORE the delivery to see if other arrangements can be made. 

*We are not charged to have orders held at Spring Lake Family Farms. Please help support them through buying their wonderful, locally and aquaponically grown produce! You can check out their latest updates on Facebook HERE


Out of Stocks

On occasion, there may be items you ordered that end up out of stock right before your order is packed because your order is not picked when you place an order, it is picked the day the truck goes out, the day after cut-off. You are not charged for out-of-stock items and would need to re-order.


Order Issues

If there are problems with your order, call Azure within seven business days of getting your order and they will do their best to help you.

Azure is closed on the following Holidays

Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day and Friday after Thanksgiving; Christmas Day
