Homemade, Dairy-Free Parmesan Cheez
I am trying to reduce and eventually eliminate my use of dairy products. I came across a recipe for Vegan Parmesan Cheese. I modified it with ingredients I have that are also more cost efficient.

In the place of the more expensive cashews and almonds, I used raw, shelled sunflower seeds. It is pretty tasty!
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds, shelled, raw
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pulse in a blender until the mixutre gets crumbly. Enjoy!
